Living in the Meshwork is the blueprint of Project Human City written down in full — the ownership model, the economics that hold it up, and the everyday life inside it. Everything the site claims, argued in one place, so it can be checked rather than believed.
It publishes on 1 October 2026, digital only, free, and free permanently. Production cost $300, founder-funded — a line you can find in the public register with everything else we spend.
The draft opened for public comment in August 2026. Version one ships with those annotations resolved in the open, and this reading room is where it lands — a chapter to a page, nothing between you and the argument.
Reading and citing
Every heading and every paragraph carries a permanent anchor built from its chapter and heading — not a number that shifts when a sentence is added. Hover a paragraph, or tab to it, and a quiet appears in the margin: it is a link, and clicking it copies the address of that exact paragraph.
“Cite this chapter” copies a formatted reference — title, chapter, publisher, year, and the address of whatever you have open. Printing works too: the contents rail drops away, the measure opens up, and the citation prints at the head of the page.
The chapters below are the paper's structure as it stands. Their text arrives with publication on 1 October.
